I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all training.
In fact, if there's one thing my 10 medals across three completely different sports—powerlifting, bodybuilding, and triathlon—prove, it's that I know how to create a training plan that gets your body to your goals.
I create personalized, flexible training programs that fit your life, whether you’re just starting out or coming back after a break. My Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University taught me how to look at long-term health so we will always be training with your longevity in mind.
My mission is to help you build strength, improve your physique, and feel energized, all in a sustainable and stress-free way.
